Greenwich Square
Located between the town centre and the peninsula, Greenwich Square is a premium development that comprises five blocks with a unifying façade design.
The B40 Structural Glass Balustrade system was selected for its minimalist style which has no vertical uprights or supports. This design, which as a special feature includes curved glass, enables the residents of these apartments, maisonettes and townhouses to fully enjoy the views of the attractive communal squares.

In order to provide a fixing detail, each balustrade was built to project beyond the slab on steel brackets.

Correct levels
To correct levels in the setting out of the concrete balcony we increased the height of our base steel brackets to keep all other levels correct.
