Supporting learning growth through Apprenticeship Courses

Apprenticeships combine practical training in a job with study. In simple terms, an apprenticeship is a real job where you learn, gain experience, and get paid. You’re an employee with a contract of employment and holiday leave. By the end of an apprenticeship, you have the right skills and knowledge needed for your chosen career.

At BA we currently have two members of staff studying apprenticeships, one a student and the other now in full-time employment alongside his apprenticeship.

Both studying in different areas of the business; we see this as a great opportunity for them to grow and expand their knowledge within their role.

Hear from Nathan Devine who discusses his ‘Sales Executive  Level 4 Apprenticeship‘ and how it’s assisted him in his role as Business Development Manager:

BA Systems ‘Culture of Care’ is shown in the support we provide to employees seeking to enhance their knowledge of a particular field or skill. We see the importance of making good choices in whatever career path you choose; whether in Sales or a Manufacturing role, it is paramount that you have the knowledge and expertise to pursue your employment with the support needed for you to grow and develop.
