Our factory remains fully operational with work being churned out daily, thanks to our committed team of workshop staff. Particular attention is being given to provide a safe working environment with increased sanitisation in line with government guidance, and by limiting all gatherings in non-working areas of the business.
With the majority of office staff working from home, contacting project delivery personnel such as project managers or designers will be most effective via email or mobile phone, however you will be able to reach them on the main line.
In accordance with government guidelines, all non-essential physical attendance at sites and for site meetings will continue via telephone or video conference tools.
We are currently conducting a full supply chain review to analyse the potential effect of any breakdowns within it to our customers. Although the overall situation is rapidly changing, we are confident that products will remain available.
BA Systems are proving the benefits of working from home, particularly with the new and developed support we have through platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom & Skype. We can communicate easily with one and another with no disruptions to workflow as we continue to meet the demand of our customers. We are confident that we can continue to operate as a successful Business in these challenging times and whilst we are still fully operational, as always, we are committed to a providing a high level of service for our customers.
Thanks for your continued support and we hope and trust that you, your staff and families remain safe and well.
On behalf of the Directors of Brass Age Ltd (T/A BA Systems)
