BA Systems, trading name of Brass Age Ltd and one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of balustrade, handrail and barrier systems, has officially relocated its new headquarters to Victory House, Cromer Road, North Walsham, NR28 0NB.
The move brings to a close nearly 27 years at Rackheath Industrial Estate, where the company first established itself in May 1999 following the founders’ relocation from Johannesburg, South Africa. It was from Rackheath that BA Systems built its reputation for precision-engineered, British-made products and the dependable, process-driven service that clients across the construction industry have come to rely on. We have moved along with FIRMA, specialists in masonry support design and manufacture. BA Systems and FIRMA are part of the BA Holdings Group.
A base that reflects where BA Systems is headed
Victory House provides a modern, purpose-designed environment that supports the continued development of our design, estimating, contracts and operations teams. With a growing project portfolio spanning residential, commercial and public sector schemes across the UK, the move positions BA Systems strongly for the next phase of that growth.
Our commitment to delivering certainty remains unchanged. The same standards of quality, the same guaranteed timeline assurance, and the same team that has driven the business forward for more than two decades are all firmly in place at our new address.
Opening ceremony, 13th April 2026
The new headquarters were officially opened on 13th April 2026 at a ceremony attended by Steff Aquarone, MP for North Norfolk. His presence was a welcome recognition of what this move means, not just for BA Systems, but for the local business community in North Walsham and the wider region.
We were also delighted to welcome Simon Rossi, Commercial Director at North Walsham Rugby Club and Managing Director at Rossi Long, whose involvement reflected the strong and growing ties BA Systems has with the local business community. It was a genuinely special occasion, and one that set exactly the right tone for our time at Victory House.
New address, same contact details
All existing phone numbers, email addresses and account details remain unchanged. Clients, contractors and suppliers are asked to update their records to reflect our new address with immediate effect.
